The person who is defending Malvo is an idiot

Just look at the contents of his/her defense, showing a clip of "The Matrix" and blabbing about the played out violent videogames connection... Maybe they should look at what this group of gamers (most of them love playing violent games) is doing for the Seattle Children's Hospital.
Videogaming-related online strip by Mike Krahulik and Jerry Holkins. Includes news and commentary.

So far already approximately $64,000 worth of toys have been collected, and they started receiving shipments on Dec. 1

Maybe someone can PM me why my sig was tampered
with when my image is below 20 kb and was 350x159.(20435 bytes/1024 bytes per kb = 19.96 kb.)

Well, what would YOUR defense be?? This is what some people like to call "a tough case to sell."

A simple guilty and asking for lienicy (SP) would save a ton of $ and time! I hate the American "I didn't know it was bad" and the "I was temporally insane but I am better now" People know things are bad in the good old USA just like the people that worked in concentration camps knew that they were doing things that were immoral!!!

P.S. Sorry for the rant I am drunk see how easy it is
I think there for, I am I think. am I?

I dont think this is a case the DA is going to plead out, and Hermann Goering would have had just about as much luck asking for leniency. This case is the proverbial "home run" that DA's dream about. Its only made better by the string of decisions that the judge has ruled in favor of the defense.

Maybe she is setting up his appeal due to ineffective legal representation?

I mean come on. This kid is toast. They found him with the weapon with his fingerprints all over it. He bragged about it in prison. What could a defense lawyer do? Claim it was a set up? No, they have to mitigate the circumstances as best they can.

          He is gonna fry!

There is no defense. They had to pull some BS out of a hat and run with it. I would feel like such a moron trying to defend a blatantly guilty person. Honestly, the DA can't believe the poo that he is shoveling.
