    A day that will live in Infamy

    Kinda surprised noone posted about this (maybe I missed something?), but today is the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

    Was a sad, and eye opening day in American history, and at the risk of sounding cliche`, one that we should never forget.

      really important day for my family. my grandmother lived in hawaii at the time. she actually worked at pearl harbor. she took that day off and stayed home.

              63 years ago, a surprise attack on Pearl Harbor made all of American sit up and pay attention and realize that a battle for the free world was taking place. A tragic event was turned into a wake up call, one that would lead American into WWII and thus end up giving the allies the power needed to save the world.

                          Pearl Harbor was our grandfathers and some of our fathers call to arms. 9/11 was our call. All these were tragic events that lead to great triumphs. God bless all the men who died those days as well as any other day defending our country.
