Las Vegas Stratosphere new ride

Has anyone been on this thing? It's called the Xstream. Dang thing shoots sticks you out off the tower and you get a lovely view of the city down below. It's kinda freaky. Just wondering who's been on it yet?

I don't have the guts to even get close to the Stratosphere. It's in a great area of town...

Well that it is... never had to run so quick in my life .. lol. Anyways. The tower was fun, bigshot was cool, $9 for a elevator ride straight up was pretty terrible but the rides were fun. The Xstream is something else that is for sure. Nothing like getting the feeling of sliding of a giant tower.

Though I do like rollercoasters, I will not go on that. So far the best coaster in Vegas area is at Primm. It's the only ride where I almost lost my wallet. Luckily, it went into my shirt.

Now that is pretty freaky looking! I hate to think negatively, but as much as I love roller coasters...the thought of that track falling apart over the city that high is quite frightening.

Guys it is pretty bad. I'd only go at night. To dark to see the pavement

Hehe...well, last time I went to Vegas was last 4th of July. I was lucky enough to see the view of the night till early dawn at the top of the Rio tower...somehow, my friends and I found ourselves at the Hustler party! :) Now that was a site to see for sure!

The only thing that stinks about the whole tower part is having to pay $9 for the elevator ride and another $8 for any ride up on top. Kind of a jip if ya ask me.

What was scarrier was going over to Alarmco (Right across the street) and looking up and seeing that big honken helecoptor above my head.... thats how they got it up there.




Sounds like a cool ride to me. The roller coaster up there sucks... so hopefully this is better.
