Can someone give me some help with web design. Frames in particular

Alrite I have been working on our team site and rite now I am rather disgusted with it. It looks horrible and poorly put together. I'm using windows front page (blarg) I wanted to use dreamweaver but couldn't find one that would run on my system. (Using ME) So here is what I want can someone give me some basic help with just the frames porition. Just something simple to basically take the navigation from the top and put it on the side. Here is the link to the site now www.mid-knightskidz.cjb.net Also if anyone has any opinions as to what I can do to make it better that would also be appericated. However, tell me how to do it. I don't expect alot of you to take the time and help me with this but hey its worth a shot.

My AIM isn't working right now, so here we go.

-First click "File" then to "new page"
-It should bring up a menu, at the top click "Frames Page"
-It sounds like you want the banner and contacts one, so you would click that.
-Once there, click new page in each one of the frames. Then copy and paste the images and text you want into each seperate frame.

I hope thats what you wanted, heh, oh well.

Thanks lone. Ok new problem. I have got it set up in frames now I guess I will have to go through and do ever page. Now, how do I get it to work all together? Because in the html version it shows up as 3 diffrent pages. I'm using angelfire as my host and I have to paste all the html code in to one box not three. Sorry if I'm being vague but I'm trying my best. Anyone know a free host that supports front page?

Pretty much every webhosting service supports Frontpage.
Do you not get webspace with your ISP...or is that why you have the angelfire account? Got to love popups
The background on your site is ok but combined with the red text it is very hard to read...if you don't move the navigation to the left side then at least centralise what you have, I suspect that you have a small monitor and weren't aware that on larger screens it looks aligned left as it is currently.
