Why dont they just save the money that is spent keeping him locked up and just turn him into christmas dinner for the poor kids in africa. We already spent like eleventy billion bucks finding him.

Better yet, they could have a "Buy a peice of saddam" auction where you could buy parts of saddams body, in like one of those jars they put specimins in in science. Who wouldn't want to have saddam's big toe on their mantal peice.
