road rage?

I remember seing a guy who accidentally downshifted his accura from 5th to 2nd.. had pics all over the internet of the tear down... now that's funny.

Usually the only time I do anything to another driver is if they endangered my life and whoever else was in the car. Like when I have to lock up all 4 or swerve off the road.
And the second condition is they don't show any sign that they are sorry and/or were driving wreckless before they about killed me.

And usually what I do is follow them till they stop at their destination and confront them. Sometimes I'll pull along side and see who the driver is, just long enough for them to realize I'm looking at them.

About 90% of the ppl that have caused an evasive manuver were collage kids. About 90% of those didn't seem to care at all they just about killed someone.

anyway, ppl have been cutting me off alot and then slow down and it's been pissing me off... so I was wondering if it's just me over reacting

College kids are usually the ones who will just blow by you going 90 in a 30 comming nowhere close to hitting you, its the 40 year olds who will ride your ***, and cut you off within inchs, and get pissed at you for it.

I have a road rage story...if you can even call it that.

I was driving my probe with my wife following in our minivan with the kids. It was night time and I could see some "nice fellow" was right on her tail. I called her cell from my cell and asked her if it was bothering her and she said yeah. So I told her to back off of me a bit and I sped up to put some distance in between her car and mine. Then, when the coast was clear, I told her to gun it and pass me while I slammed on my brakes. So, the dude is thinking that she is just passing a moving vehicle and, well, technically I was moving, but I was doing about 40 in a 55. Once my wife was in the clear, I told her to carry on and have a good trip home, I would see her at home. Meanwhile, I drove 40 mph for as long as the pecker was behind me and I NEVER let him pass me. I was ticked.

You see, I don't mind getting tailgated....it happens all the time to me because I drive the exact speed limit (no biggie and different story). BUT, you put the life of my wife and kids in danger? You mess with them? And simply put....

IT.
IS.
ON.

No questions.

I remember even having to weave into the other lane to "block" the guy from going around me. And I'm pretty sure he knew why I was doing it. Eventually, he got the picture, resumed a safe following distance, and then turned off onto a side road.

Oh, and he didn't need to wonder who the lunatic in the red probe was. My license plate says "BEAM"

i went to anger management classes because of my road rage a guy pissed me off so bad once i ran him into a guard rail, he ended up flipping his car. its ok though, technically it was his fault, and i won in court, so i got off scot free aside from the anger classes. although i still have horrible road rage, so watch out

well, its kind of hard to explain. on route 2 in connecticut, there is an offramp that connects to i395, and about 40 feet before that, there is an onramp that comes from i395. its a very busy 40 foot or so of road, and lots of cars try to get off while lots try to get on. well, merging into a highway, always have to yield to traffic already on it. i was trying to merge onto that small strip of highway to get to 395, but i had the right of way. i was having a bad day, and i wasnt gonna mess around and miss the exit cause they wanted to be jerks. so i just kept merging (i drive an 89 cadillac fleetwood brougham), so he had no where to go, he thought he was gonna be cool and thought i was gonna back off first. well, lets just say that no one backed off and he ended up in a guardrail, then hit the embankment and flipped. i stopped, got out, and started screaming at him, things like, thats right #$%!@, thats what you get. i hope you die, and things like that, so they put me in anger management classes. sucks for him.
