is there anyway i can listen to the radio on the computer, i would like to listen to howard stern but i live in a walkout basement apartment and i get no reception through the cement, i cant seem to find anything on my own can you help?

I listen to Shoutcast.com,alot. They pretty much have stations in all countrys and stuff.I haven't looked for Howard specifically though,you might want to check it out anyway.
