that happened to me one time, pretty much all you can do is buy a new one. I tried to fix mine too, but it just got worse. 13uy a new one LOL.

There is a way to clean this up.
The problem most likely is that when the water dried up it left behind minerals and elements that screw with the electrical signal that went from the key to the board.
Best bet is to buy another one but if you want you can do the following.
first, removed the board from the puter, obvious.
next, removed all the keys (carefully). next, clean it with distilled or purified water, which wil be a more pure water with less elements in it to be left behind. If you can get to the actual signal contacts use q-tips with rubbing alcohol to clean them. Put everything back together an this should work.
Stil, best bet is to just buy a new one.Return to the free market. Get rid of all government regulations and let society make it's own decisions. Time and again the relaxing of government regulations has increased profits, innovation and the economy.Comment
