My town was on tv last night...

There was a show last night on A&E about small town Christmases or something. They had a top 20 and my town came in at number 3! Woot woot!

Sure big cities were cool back before they had cars, but with autos, highways, airtravel, the interent, etc.....small towns is where it's at!

Very cool ... about the closest my town has come to being on TV was a stretch of road during a high-speed chase on an episode of cops ...

Always cool to see your hometown on TV though ... especially for something good.

My town is on TV and the movies almost everyday. It a real pain in the butt, when they close streets for shoots.

I live in Renton which isn't that big of a town but it seems like we're always on t.v. thanks to all the crap that's going on at Boeing. I guess that's better than the town of Granite Falls that my aunt and uncle live in. Maybe has like 10,000 people in it and it was featured in an 8 page article in Rolling Stone Magazine as the biggest Meth producing town in the country. Definately not a good thing.

Goerge Bush Sr came to my town in like 92 or something like that... there was a plot to kill at our highschool like 5 years ago... a train just derailed about 2 weeks ago... but yeah my town sucks

mine was on real TV, a ferris wheel chair went upside down and some kid was hanging from it.

They film "The OC" at a school a few miles from my house, and the sunset picture on "Endless Summer" is taken at my local beach.

My town is on tv all the time! Well sort of... The Southpark guys went to my highschool. I myself had the teacher that Mr. Garrison is based off of. His name is Mr. Lukich, he taught 11th grade European history. Cool huh?

They spoke at the class of 1999's graduation; I missed them by a year(I graduated in 2000)
