No dudes that is his ubar l33t h4x0r suit. When he gets in it people cant see him anymore and his gun is 10x more accurate. It also multiplies the distance your gun shoots by the number of inches long your barrel is. Thats why he likes the 16". Either that or he just likes long tubes
