Gf's Grandfather brought to the hospital

Well totday at 245, My girlfriends grandfather(87) says he feels dizzy and passes out on a stool family calls 911 and my gf rushes downstairs to pull me outa the shower to tell me(in tears) thats there is something wrong with her grandpa, i get dressed and rush up stairs(17 minutes have passed with no ambulance noise in earshot) i see walter(grandpa) with alan(his son/gf's father) holding him up, honestly he looked dead, i was pretty scared as he has taken a liking to me lately and even adressed the xmas check he gave us to me(for both me and ali(gf))i went outside to flag down the medics/cops/fire chief, and went upstairs to keep the kids entertained so they wouldnt find out what was going on. finally hes off to the hospital i guess he regained consiousness(sp) and was talking to the medic.i came back downstairs only to find my brother and law and walters shirt and sweater that they cut off of him, alan went with the squad car to the hospital(about 1/2 hour away) and we are just waiting..... hes been acting a little off all this morning but noone expected this, ao if your the praying type please include him in your prayers his name is walter love...

I'm sorry to hear that man; I hope he's all right.

that sucks. My grandfather had a stroke on dec. 3 and he's finally coming home today. It wasn't much of a shock because he already had alzheimers (sp?), but it was still bad.

Thanks for the update. I was just thinking about him today as a matter of fact. Wondering what was going on. Hey.... this sounds like maybe good news really. I mean I was more concerned that he was suffering stokes and all before. Not that it's much better what he is dealing with but....well it might be a little better than stokes and all.

Still keeping him in my thoughts. Keep us up to date how he comes through all this.
