The font Tag is written in doesn't really fit in my opinion. The beveling also doens't really fit. You already lost points with me when you used 3d abstract for a background. Try changeing the grid to soft light, or lower the opacity. The A in the background is kinda of cool. The yellow text draws the eye away from the rest of the artwork that is at this point not great.
It still needs alot more work. If your set on abstract for the background then add some foggyness or soemthing. Go find a nice font pack, maybe perhaps make your own. Whatever you do deffinatly change that god awful yellow text.
Also try playing with blending options and blending tools. They can work wonders without any effort.
