I've got a server setup over at www.chicagogamers.com
look for it, it's a dedicated T1 usually, we're running Shrub mod and sometimes we even do a free-XP night (everyone is lvl 4 right from the start)
I'm a referee on that server too, and we try and keep it clean and playable. I play as [CG]Wiseass
