computer problems

my sister messed with the font with the computer and ever word is really big and bolded almost and most web sites i have to use the arrow buttons to view the whole screen. i have been scrolling threw my options but cant find anything to make the font smaller. so does anybody know how to make the font smaller. i would take a screen shot but dont know how.

this is on XP home editon

For just IE or Windows itself?

IE: View>Text Size>Medium
Windows: Right Click Desktop>Properties>Appearance>Font Size: Normal

or you could just hold the Ctrl key as you move the wheel on your mouse...if you have a wheel mouse.
