i personally like the new ones wayyyy more than the old ones, but lord of the rings is WWWWAAAAAYYYYYYY better than any other movie/movie series out there. Just my opinion.The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves. 'You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

after re reading your title you need to clarify it to avoid misunderstandings. you said what is the best lattest movie triligy? star wars is not a latest trilogy. there are the episodes which came out recently, but the old original star wars were on a completly different level then the new ones. maybe you should what is the best trilogy of all time?

Well Star Wars is cool but it pisses me off in some stuff that doesnt look sci-fi. Like for example using in a "futuristic" war melee weapons that stupid. But lightsaber are cool and futuristic cuz' they have the sound effects of a vibrator.
But in the animated series theres a part were there are in this war theres like 20 soldiers of the clone army and 20 droids in this sort of motorcycles fightin each other with LANCES al knight's tale now that's dumb.
But LOTR is the best is gonna be our future children trilogy like it was for us Star Wars.Comment

LotR, no possible competitor even comes close. Then again I'm biased because I prefer medieval to futuristic overall. Don't get me wrong, Star Wars is a great movie series, but I just don't enjoy it as much. Plus the new Anakin just sickens me.'people should not be allowed to own paintguns which are smarter than they are'
