OK so whats everyone going to do the first day of the new year?

Tradition says you do then what your going to do all year.

So I am going to Ride the Vespa over to the Inlaws. Supposed to be near 60 degrees and Sunny here tomorrow so a good day for a Scooter ride. Got a new Carb in there I just installed yesterday and broke in and she is runnin like a raped Ape! So I gonna grin some and wind her out on some back country roads over to their house. After I give her a wash and spruce her up of course. Gonna go ahead and wear my full face helmet so I can go fast and my Joe Rocket Kevlar jacket but gonna keep the inner liner in it so I will stay warm! 60*F is still cold at 55 MPH!

And then when I get there I will eat the traditional new years meal. The one that only the Southerners know how to fix and eat. Yep! Black Eyed Peas and Collard Greens! Blackeyed Peas = coins and Collard Greens = foldin money! Country Cured Ham with that of course! YUM!!!!


Then I ride back to the shop and put the scooter up and come on home. Then I curl up in front of the TV and watch Bowl games and maybe take a nap! Ah.... the good life!

Don't forget to say "Rabbit Rabbit" first thing in the morning. Old superstition that is supposed to bring good luck.

I'm going to try to meet some friends and do something...of course that will be impossible since they're all out having a good time right now

Actually I'll probably clean all my paintball gear...starting to smell kinda funky
