If you have WindowsXP and some time to waste
Go to..
Start> Control Panel> Sounds, Speech, and Audio Devices> Speech

lol, you type anything in and it will convert it to speech.

this is available on any windows version i think. i had it on my old win98 pc, it is on win2k, and i guess it is now on xp. it is really fun to play with.
