Mars lander supposed to be landing today

There's supposed to be a Mars lander rover thing landing today, thought it was kinda cool and would share it with everyone. Here's a link to a story. I thought it was kinda funny about the one's that didn't make it

On a side note they should have AGD build a mars lander, the thing would not need chutes and baloons
AGD new space motto would be "Hard impact landings? No problem!!"

Actually it takes like 8 or 9 months, the 3 years would be for a mission to Mars with people on it, cause they would stay for probly over a year so they could do a lot of stuff and not waste the expense of fuel, etc. AGD could use their elves to make it land softly.
