Yep. I have never actually heard someone say "soda" in person.

Man, around here you'd get strange looks from anyone if you called it anything but "pop"...
Then you'd start an argument and probably lose because around here... it's pop. But then again I'm one of those crazy midwesterners.



Oh and as far as drinking pop is concerned... for a few months on end I drank nothing but pop and I felt great. Well, "nothing but pop" is misleading. About once a week I'd go on a water binge and drink freakloads of water... so it all works out? I hope.

(Forgot to mention my specific location... I'm a southwest Minnesotan... as I just realized my location reads as something kinda strange)
