Why can't normal users see IPs?

Needless to say unmasked IPs can leave the door open to potental abuse. To unmask on V-Bulliten is just a simple checkbox selection ... but I would say its proboly a bad idear.

So far as those who host their own sig graphics .. yes you can check your logs and see all the IPs that yank your graphic...however there is no way to really single any given user out unless you know their ISP etc... so its a hair safer since its alot more random.
