Flash MX help?

im making a flash movie. i want the beat of the music in layer 1 to match up the sequence of pictures in layer 2. in the preview it lines up perfect and preview play it is good too but when i export it the timing is all off. any help on this?

then once on the net, the timing is even farther off than the local file.

how many frames per second is it? I hear that can cause problems.

12 fps
event sound using the start as the event
pre load the file before play
25 seconds continious sound and keyframes
