i was looking at the online stats for rainbow six three, and i noticed that the people are ranked by "ELO". for sharpshooter, a guy in 2nd place played for 2 min and had -1 kills and 1 death. why is he better than me because his "ELO" is higher. and what is ELO?

Alright this is what i heard,
U get a Higher ELO by killing people with Higher ELO, and ur ELO is lowered when u get killed by a person with a lower ELO.....But this is an extensive thing right now for Xbox Live to do and its glitched more or less.....So ELO means NOTHING[swf width=400 height=120]http://flash.theevilness.com/stats.swf?playerName=CalmLikeABomb99[/swf]
