NICE taste in movies...except one thing..GHOST IN THE SHELL? that has to be THE most overrated anime EVER. plz explain to me what makes it so great, i wanna know why everyone loves it...


in terms of my own favorite movies...

the last samurai was excellent, dunno about favorites...there's way too many movies i love though...

most of the coen brothers movies (raising arizona, the hudsucker proxy, o brother where art thou, fargo, BIG LEBOWSKI)...the man who wasn't there just plain sucked though..

snatch, fight club, BRAVE HEART!!, traffic, the rock...all very excellent films...

Spaceballs, Italian Job, and Bullet Proof are my favorite, but there are too many to list.

Don't get me started on the horrendous acting and near total lack of plot...I KNOW, ok? And yes, I've read the book, so I don't want to hear about how different it is either.

Also up there are Full Metal Jacket, Boondock Saints, Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Army of Darkness.

Fargo is also excellent, but it's not something you can watch too often...

Well the one I enjoyed the most the first time seeing it and then the second time too, thats The Return of the King. Although Saving Private Ryan and Braveheart are a very close second.
