What exactly did you do to get him angry? Honestly i'd carry a knife with you atleast.. If it's school I think i'd pass on a gun.. You'd just get in major crap.. A knife isn't as bad or noticable.. Only use it though if he pulls something on you.. Or won't stop beating you..

Plus if he hits you and you don't want to fight, you can sue him.. Get your friend to record it.. And you just keep on screaming stop i've had enough.. And bam sue his bum.. Even if both people agree to fight, after one says they've had enough the other HAS to stop..

EDIT: BTW.. If he gets his friend to call a teacher no one will even know.. I don't see whats so bad about that..

If he pulls something on you, and you pull something on him, then it will all go to hell and seeing as you're the smaller one, your probibly gonna end up half dead. If he pulls something on you, he might just be trying to scare you, but when you pull somthing on him back your calling his bluff, and then he has to deciede weather it's gonna be a bluff or the real deal, and if he's mad, it's gonna end with you in bad shape.

I'm not telling him to wip it out at the first sign of danger.. It's self defense buddy.. If the guy truly wants to beat him untill he's dead then the best bet he has is to use some sort of weapon.. If the other guy is swinging at him with a knife what else is he supposed to do? Stand there and get stabbed?

if somebody actaully started beating me I would throw a text book at their head that will get them to stop and at my school if they forget at my school there is video cameras in every hall or I would take my back pack which ways like 20 pounds and throw that at him and beat the crap out him if he attacks remember two words self defense or the sensible sulution would be fancy talking your way out our act like your crazy like hit your self in the face rate before and start like freaking out. our I would try avoiding him like in the halls duck down low behind people (my high school has almost 2,000 kids in it) very easy to hide.

Listen to what Sir Brass said. This guy is not worth the trouble you will get in if you get in a fight. Trust me. What ever you do, Don't pack a weapon. That can only get you expelled or jail time. If he has made any threats against you (directly or indirectly) teachers parents and police take that very seriously. They will do what ever it takes to get this guy to leave you alone.

get a knife, plant in his backpack/locker, report to principal saying hes flashing a knife around and has threatened to kill you, hell be expelled/suspended, when he comes back, or you see him on the street hit him in the face with a bat, while hes down say you never mess with an aoer and then kick him in the ribs and spit on him, walk away

this is what i would do
form our freshman stronghold... our school is very messed up, so when the upperclassman single one of us out, we form the freshman stronghold with about 15 of us, with most of the strong freshman.
