Wow, amazing how many people can bash one of the greatest QB's in the sport. Farve has pulled some amazing stunts and done amazing things as a QB, and the guy throws one IT and everyone is like Farve Blew It!.
Honk! Honk! Everyone hop on the band wagon.

I definately would have gone for it on fourth and 1. I don't disagree with his decision here though.

How could you give up a 4th and 26 for a first down?
Back up the 4 corners 20 yards off the line plus the 2 safeties at the first down. Rush 4 linemen and a linebacker. Let them run the ball but guard against the pass.

Then to top it off, why do you do a no look pass into neverland while avoiding a blitz?
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

First off, I think Favre has been a very good quarter back for a long time. I just do not think that he is as good as everyone seems to think he is - I mean you listen to announcers on any given Sunday and they make the guy sound to be a god or something. I don't see quitting though, not after that. How do you leave a career with that being your last play... no way.

What about Indianna here though. Manning showed dedication to the sport, the study of KC defenses and immense knowledge of it at the line of scrimmage, lining up with 20 or 30 seconds left on the play clock and then adjusting your offense to their defensive formation based on historical knowledge of taht team... if he can keep it up and the defensive coaches don't come up with something not shown in footage they will be very hard to beat. I mean come one, the only two times Indianna did not score on a possession are when teh clock ran out for the first half, and the clock ran out for the second half.
