    Anyone fimilar with Gun Blueing?

I was just wondering if gunsmiths gun blueing technique will work on stainless steel? My searches have shown no references about this issue. All I know is that the blueing process of steel is a kind of oxidation colouring.
Can anyone tell me what kind of stainless steel is being used on these AM/MM bodies and if it is possible to blue these bodies.

    Thanks

I would say that it is not possible to blue stainless steel. The whole point to stainless steel is that it resists oxidization. I have reblued real fire arms before and unless you have a professional quality setup it will not turn out the way you want it. Your best bet would be to go with a ncie powdercoat job.
It came to a point in my life when it was either pay the rent or buy paintball gear. I think I made the wise choice. If anyoneone needs me I'm livin in a van down by the river.
