I was REALLY close to doing it. I would've done it to serve the country and personal experiences rather than the GI bill. But as luck would have it, I landed a full ride Division 1 athletic scholarship

Navy is probably one of the best services to join, along with Air Force and Coast Guard. I have been told by many relatives and friends to stay clear of the Army and the Marines, i heard its hell.
