well after some looking around it seems you CAN get aim on your verizon phone
will give you full aim functionality. it says it only works for the lg vx6000. i don't know how true that is. i believe it's a BREW application so i would think it would work on any BREW enabled phone. or you can use aol im forwarding. that will only allow you to receive and then reply to someone who ims you. either way they count as text messages so either pay the fee for unlimited text messages or the per message charge.Comment
