well like everyone else in america Im reading this book. Im not much of a recreational reader but I heard it was very controversial and my gf left for school again I have some more free time. well anyway Im about 250 pages into it and I have to say that it is very very well written and actually made me WANT TO READ, I kid you not. I dont wana say anything that might give away the book but I have to say that it brings a whole new perspective on the catholic church and christianity for that matter (ha take that!)

has anyone read this yet? if you havent pick it up!

I've read both books by dan brown
Angels and Demons (which ties into)
and the Da Vinci Code

both were awesome books and highly conterversial about religion and art. most of the basics are on the catholic church and religion and the sects, if you read the introduction, most if not all the references are true from real places and fact
They do not take very long to read, give or take like a day for each book if your really into the book and cant put it down.
Easy read and easy to understand

yeah my dad read it like 6 months ago and gave me his copy just recently, I started reading it and then I found out that the rest of the world was reading it as well ... with good reason too

You should really read Angels and Demons first. Its the same character, and takes place before the DaVinci Code.

the Majority of this is true. Angels and Demons for instance. In the front is an intro, which says all is from real places and true. Like CERN in Switzerland invented the Web. the DoD did not. Just like the CD was invented in the Netherlands.

Hehe, my brother got it for christmas, and I just joined a TAG seminar for this semester, or quarter I dont remember that basically takes a look at the book, I guess, I'm not sure.
