That movie looks like the biggest joke. I would never pay to see that movie. I bet you all the kids that like fast stuff and crappy movies will go see it. No offense to anyone who sees it and really likes it but I personally think it looks retarded. Like the chick doing a backflip from one bike to another bike behind her and kicking the badguy off of it or something like that. Yeah, that's realistic.

As bad as the movie will be, I can see this summers motorcycle sales skyrocketing. Every squid around is gonna want a liter bike to do insane wheelies and stoppies...not to mention backflips and jumping in front of trains.

Unfortunately, like the beginning of every summer, the squids will only have successfully learned how to do FRONT flips. A.K.A. high sides!

if you think this movie is bad, you should read the article MAXIM did on illegal bike street racing (new feb. issue), talk about hyped up litre bikes, i believe they listed the gixxer 1000 as the ultimate bike, or some mess

all i could think about is how many squids i'll see on brand new gixxers.

Jamie Presley is in it i think. that adds a bit of appeal but not enough to go see it might catch it on HBo on night.

I think the Maxim article said the Gixxer 1000 was the 1000 version of their ultimate bike the 'busa. Took me a minute to realize what they were saying too.

its not a "gixxer" it's a GSXR, or a GXR (thats where gixxer comes from), and it's not the 1000 that's the ultimate bike, it's the 1300, the 1000 has been out for quite some time now, oh yea and that movie is gonna tank really bad, if they killed ice cube in it it may just be worth going to see, but once the drugs wore off id probably run out of there

what the hell are you talking about? suzuki doesnt make a "GXR"

GSXR- which they make in 600,750, and 1000
they also make a GSXR1300, or Hyabusa
GSX- which are know as katanas
and they also make a GS model and 2 SV's also use to make the TL


i dunno where you get this GXR, and i never claimed that the 1000 was the ultimate, i stated thats what was in the MAXIM article

Hmmm I'll check the article out again once I get home. It read as Maxim was playing the 1000 of as the lil bro of the best bike (busa) to me. Kinda Eli to Peyton style.

In my local newspaper, Torque got 0 stars. I think that's the first time that has ever happened. The movie preview does look a little corny too.
