Well unfortuanately I fear your right and its gonna be all about Money buys you out of anything. Although this one is Criminal Court where as the last one was not. But here is what bugs me about this guy. He is accused of this before. And he pays out a huge settlement. If he was truely not a pedophile then why would he allow himself to be in this situation again? I mean he allows himself to be alone with children in sleepovers where this kind of accusation could be easily made and professes nothing is wrong with it! After having been accused of it before! Either he is crazy (as they profess he is not) or he is prepared to pay huge money and possible prison time for some kind of inappropriate interaction with a child! I don't even have to go to sex. Inappropriate is still the case! I can say that a person that has been accused of molestation before should not and must not sleep with children! AT ALL. Its totaly unessicary and its NOT something that he HAS to do!!! And I am tired of his protestations that its our fault that we have dirty minds and we always think its sexual. As if its our fault and we are bad people. It's just not appropriate behavior EVEN IF IT'S NOT sexual! One has to wonder if he is not guilty just because there is no other REASONABLE LOGICAL explanation... And one has to wonder about these parents and wether they are not running one of the most expensive child prostitution services in the world.

I think he is going to get off on this, not just because of the money, but because the accuser and his mother have had their crediblity shot to pieces before it has begun. They have changed their story and I think this is why he is fighting now. The last time he was guilty so he threw money at the problem. This time not guilty so he will fight it.

He however is a retard for putting himself back into this kind of situation where these accusations could come up!

What parent in their right mind would let their child sleep at MICHAEL JACKSON (a 45 year old man)'s house? For one, he has been accused of being a pedophile before, and secondly, HE IS 45!!! I don't care if your are the nicest, most innocent, law abiding citizen ever, if you are a 45 year old man, my child is not sleeping in the same bed as you. I think it's time for MJ to get friends his own age.

I have heard rumor of a tape that will, well, pretty much screw jackson to the wall. Still waiting to see if it was hype or not. Anyway...
He pretty much snubbed his nose at the judge, and the court system in general, by appearing late. This indicates that either he doesnt care, or that he is confident he will get away with it. Either way, not a good move. Also, like they stated in the news...he is treating this like a big video...having fun with it. Hello...a child has been hurt...and he is smiling?!?!?! Not good.
BUT, look at it from a defense point of view: he just biased all kinds of potential witnesses. I personally think that alot of this is a stunt byt his defense team to pollute the juror pool, one way or another. We'll see though...
And come on people...this is the THIRD TIME he has been called on this...I mean, coincidence doesnt happen threee times....do the damned math!
