Need to know quick, best squad based shooter for XBox

Ok I'm going to buy a Squad Based shooter game tonite at best buy tonite. I must be compatiable with Xbox live (duh!). The only too I'm considering right now are Rainbow Six 3, and Counter Strike. I read some bad Reviews on Counter Strike so I'm leaning too RS3. What do you think?

I hear Socom II for Ps2 is good.

I love RS3. Giving your squad vocal commands is pretty damn sweet.

Rainbow six 3. Hands down the best shooting game I've ever played.

Rainbow Six 3 > CS and Halo
            Red to Black Ironman Intimidator
            Demon UL Matrix Dust Red
            TEAM BACKDRAFT
Broken Matrix or DM4? Send it to me, I'll fix it, just pay $10 + shipping + parts.

RS3 is much better of the two you listed. Additionally, the developers at UbiSoft are very responsive to user-investigated problems (.50 cal over-powered, etc.) And there are already a few new maps for DL content.

My one gripe is that they didn't fix the .50 cal properly and took the cheesy fix by just allowing the server admin to turn it on and off instead of actually fixing the modeling and characteristics of the weapon. That and the wall glitch that they supposedly can't do anything about.

Additionally, RS3 actually has a decent single-player mode unlike CS for Xbox.

Oh, and BTW - be prepared for a steep learning curve.

I'm not under the alkafluence of inkahol that some thinkle peep I am. It's just the drunker I sit here the longer I get...

                Rainbow

I've played both, and I like like Rainbow much more. I didn't like CS for Xbox, and I can't stop playing R63. In fact, I just got off a two hour playing session of Rainbow on Live.
Have Xbox Live? Check out LiveGamers.net (We're oh so lonely on the forums there)

R63 all the way, own both. CS for xbox isn't all that great.
