    ok, so i'm selling my books on half.com and the situation arose that after i confirmed a sale i find out that the buyer doesn't want it anymore. i didn't ship the book, but i did issue the buyer a refund. now my question is that my payment history doesn't reflect the refund and now i'm not sure if the buyer was refunded or not. i've looked through the help pages on the site and wasn't able to find the answer for this problem. has anyone else come across this problem? and what was the solution? thanks!

    Maybe ask the buyer, or if you don't want to do that just wait it out and see if the buyer says anything. Just if you can't out what you need to.

      i've all ready contacted the buyer to inform her of the refund, but haven't heard anything since. there is the possiblity that if i do contact her asking if she recieved a refund, she may lie and say she didn't.

      i dunno...do refunds and changes to the payment history take place during the time direct deposit is taking place?
