Custom comp cases

Lets see your custom comp cases... not some pics you steal from joe random site.

Here is the one im currently working on. Its based off from a 20mm ammocan and well is very much in progress. (and on hold cause some companys dont beleive in shipping jumpers with their Mo-boards)

Hahahaha...thats so ghetto-hilarious, but its really cool at the same time. I plan on retrofitting my old comp in a briefcase. Been done before? Yes. But I have some ideas

Well this thread is in perfect timing today me and a friend got bored and took my dremel to my case and now i have the half life logo cut into the side of my case. Wil have pics up sometime in the future.

Thats weird Warewolf, me and my friend did the same EXACT thing today to his case, half life logo and everything.

how do you use a dremel on a case...and make it so it doesn't look shoddily cut?

Well I am thinking about getti the smallest insulation strip that i can find and running it around the the edges of the design. Also this weekend I am getting a red cold cathode and putting it in the case so it glows red.

what's with the aluminum foil? does it act as a heatsink?

Nah, actually that's chrome duct tape...serves as two things. It holds the drive in place...and it adds a "custom" look to my case.
