    People into History

Just finished completely reading a excellent history book and I'd like to recommend it to the masses. It's called "A People's History of the United States" by Howard Zinn. This books isn't like most history books, it is more in your face and kinda looks past what you normally learn in the Euro style text books. Anyways if you've read it post and discuss your fav parts.

What? Not open to viewing the other side? He has his own agenda yes but is it closer to the truth then say the "Nation of Nations" text book? It's funny how people say they enjoy history but don't like paying attention to the other side. Best way to understand history is to listen to both versions and go down the middle and see it from both sides. It is actually a very impressive book.
