    Fuel Saving Tornado

    http://shop.store.yahoo.com/rodi/torfuelsav1.html

Does this thing work? Is it a hoax to steal your money? I've heard both... But I want to be sure either way because I'm commuting to school this term, so anything to help the 'ole gas mileage... Thanks for any help... this poor freshmen appreciates it.

It gives you the same performance benefits of a new shift knob or neon yellow seat covers(as opposed to neon green, which we all know do jack squat for your performance)

No, they demonstrated those on a Dyno. They do work, although that may be a cheap knockoff of the real thing, I dont remember what its called

Edit: Yeah I guess thats the one, if you really wanna look it up look it up in those issues of the magazines shown, they'd give you a third party review. But from what I've seen it at least works for horsepower

Thanks FG... anyone know if it helps with gas mileage? That's what I'm really concerned about.

They never gave the parameter of the dyno.... Horsepower between SAE corrected and noncorrected stats are very diffrent. Each dyno run can also vary when NOTHING is done. For example when dynoing a subaru wrx there was a 20 hp diffrence on the same car given that one day was colder than another or if the IC had been heatsoaked or not. "Personal experience"

If the dyno was done right there would be ZERO diffrence like the many people who bought it on the internet and posted on independent forums with thier nealy identical dynos. Conclusively dosent do sheeet!

The tornado is a load of bullcrap. It does nothing but soak up money from your wallet.

Think about it an airflow resriction is not going to make anything change for the better. Have you ever tried to spiral air? Air dosent have enough mass to be spiraled and keep spiraling through the intake plenum and through each and every intake runner.
Did you hear about the new european weapons contracts? France is going to make the wooden sticks Spain making the little white flags

One of the car shows tested it and found no improvement, but apparently some other tests show at least some.I think one of those brands gave a satifaction/money back deal so who knows, might be worth a try.

I'd say its a gimmick, but I've never tried it either.

Like those "Electric Superchargers" I've seen... ITS A FRICKEN FAN!

With CAFE standards today if any of the auto manufacturers could gain gas mileage by bolting on a cheap part (I didn't check price), your car would already have it.

It does work. I have proof for all you people who say it doesn't.

Its primary function is to take money from the pockets of suckers and put it in there own. It does that very well :)
