Sound audio problems!!! Miscue come to my rescue!!!

I got a dxz935 and 4 JBL 225 watt speakers. It sounds ok but what should I do to make it better? I can't turn it up real loud because DXZ935 only supports 53 watts so past that I get very bad distortion and I don't want to kill my tweaters and speakers.

Should I get a 4 channel amp so that I can run them at 225 watts? If so what other things do I need?

I also plan on getting a single 12" sub. What will I need to add to my system to make this work. I want sound quality not SPL (although I want it to be able to get pretty loud). When I order the sub I'll also get some dynamat.

I know your probably sick of car audio, sorry.

Also I get bad reception on one of my favortite radio stations. If I get a little fuzz from the signal will that short the life of my system?

Hurm, you went large with the HU eh? Good for you, I'm one to respect that. Hehe.

You have two pairs? One for front, one for back?

    What model?

      car audio

4 things to a good car a audio,

1.)good wiries...the better the wires are the better the power the better the sound
2.)a good box...if you have a good box you subs will sound better and a less chance of breakage...if the box is too small it will sound like crap, if the box is too big you subs will break cause there is too much air in them
3.)good amp, like MtX( are under rated and are consider cheater amps in spl contests), nitch audio
4.)good speakers like Pheonix Gold, and MoFo
Use a table to get it smaller in over all hight

My dad gets car audio stuff for about 50%-60% percent off so the HU was only about $300.

I have 4 JBL's, I'm not sure of the model. I'll check after breakfast.
