2 Point lead, woulda been 31-29, panthers coulda ran out the clock and won easy, but you have idiots in football that like to make dumb plays when there is at least 4-5 minutes left on the clock.

Good game, i still hate the patriots because they didnt deserve to win.

Dudes... that two points would not have won it and you know it! It's nothing...to second guess now is all stupid. If they had made the 2 point convesions they might HAVE WON. To have made the one point PAT would have STILL LOST THE GAME BY A POINT!!! as it turns out! They played a dam good game and still easlily beat the spread and made New England sweat it out. I mean it was a win in a way for the Panthers to play that way and still make the Patriots sweat for it all at the very end. Great game. Great SuperBowl. Panthers did us proud I think. Proved they deserved to be there for certain. The Patriots are lucky to win it. Thats all you can ask for. Great year for the Panthers I say.

They were outplayed. Seriously, 2 long passes do not win football games. The pats outplayed them for 98% of the game. The 1st 2 point attempt was stupid, the 2nd one was necessary, and they got stuffed both times. DEAL

After the seasons each team had it would have been unfourtunate if the Panthers did win.

Carolina fans are probably upset, but that team is in great shape to make a few more runs at it and be a dominant team. The front four (best in fottball) is signed through 07!. Delhome is potentially a very good QB and that offense discovered it had a deep passing game late in the season. Steve Smith is a straight up PIMP.

It's my kind of team. I'd even cheer for them if I wasn't a diehard Bucs fan.

This has been great for me now that I think about it. The Bucs are my #1 team, the Pats are my home team, and nobody else has won the Superbowl in three years. Yay me!
