    SIM Card Question

    I'm looking into buying a new cell phone and I was wondering if all I had to do to make the new phone work with my service was to place my SIM card from old phone into the new one? I know the new phone is compatible with my service, T-Mobile. I have a Samsung R225 and I'm looking to buy a Motorola V300. Thanks for the help.

                  Just make sure that the phone is not locked to a specific carrier.
