Snowboard advice?

Any brand in particular? I know really well Burton, K2, Ride, Rossignol and Nitro. Any low end mid/end would do the trick. You don't need a wide board. Something not too stiff since you're not an heavy rider + you're a beginner.

If you want something light and easy to ride, go with a Burton Cruzer or Indie. Ride are stiffer, but if you plan to ride a lot, you'll be more comfortable riding a stiffer board as you improve, more stable better edge grip.

dont worry about brand if this is your first board it is going to get tore up the only advise is get a board that fits you the way you can tell this is if the board can come up between your chin and your nose but if you are just starting out i would get something maby bigger like to the tip of your nose i have a 167 and it dose mot quite come up to my chin but as far as bindings go is better to go a little bigger then smaller just make sure the tip and heel off your feet dont tuch the snow when turning other then that good luck and dont let all the falling get you down everyone has to go through it

Thats the reason I need to sell it I am way to tall for it, so if any shortys want to buy it pm me now. Sold board= new one for me. Right now I am skiing so please save me.
