      THey should have a safe sex day right before valentines. NYC's percenatge of people with AIDS = that of some third world countries.

                                                          If you want to stop the spread of AIDS, then promote the method that is SCIENTIFICALLY PROVEN to prevent the spread not only of AIDS but prevent teen pregnancy, and also stop ANY STDS from being transmitted: it's called abstinance except within the confines of marriage .

                                                          If you read the safe sex posters they have in the doctors office, you'll see that it says there taht Abstinance is the ONLY sure way to prevent the transmittion of diseases.

                                                          But, you know, why promote that when you can promote condom usage. I'm sure it's success rate is soooo much better than abstinance's
