    Customizing XP

My friend changed his log in screen and his toolbar and stuff to different colors I cant figure out how do this. I know there was a way in Windows 98 but I cant figure it out for XP. Is there a program to do this or am I just missing something in desktop properties. All I can do is change it from silver to blue to this baby poop green color.

Toolbar is changed when you change the theme and the login pic change is in user accounts.

All posting at the same time...oh and TweakXP is nasty you can really screw things up with that program

Right click on the desktop and choose properties and then the Desktop tab then choose another pic from the list or use the browse and put a pic you have stored on your PC as the desktop...be careful not to use too small a pic as it will end up tiling itself or have a huge border.

tweakxp.com isnt the program, it just has lots of tweaks, mostly in the registry, that do lots of useful things. To change the boot and login screen go to www.themexp.org and look for their instructions.
