AO chat help

Every time i try to get on AO chat a little coffe cup appears and I wait, but everytime a red X appears and it doesnt work. Anybody care to help me?

well does a little box pop up and ask permission if u can view it or some other crap

Its some java crap you have installed. I have it to, and had to download mirc. go to www.mirc.com (mabe .net) and get it, then go to the chat instructions to find out how to get it setup.
