I don't care much for computer gaming. I like the strategy cames (starcraft), but I prefer to sit back infront of a big tv with surround sound. The PS2 has a nice controller, but the XBox regardless seems to be better built (though I really have no criterion other than sound and appearence).

PS2 has one of my favourite games, though: Xenosaga.

Sound-wise, I'd say both comp and tv can get some pretty schweet setups, with the only dif being the tv one can be used for watching tv as well (movies dont count, most pcs can play dvds nowadays).

As far as how well built they are, my friends 200+ lb dog sat on my PS2, and it still runs fine (the disc that was in it has a nice, fat scratch now though, lol).

quik -"10 round tubes and 1/2 naked asians? This cant be good."

        Phillips

        Samsung
