when marks engine blew up i lost a vast portion of my intrest. however thanks to the greatness of nascar in car on digital cable it mantained enough intrest for me to continue. if that sorry punk jr hadnt crunched busch with his silly s blocking the race could have had a much different outcome.

Yes, the traffic from the races royally sucks. I don't even leave the house(except to and from school or when I go to a race) during race week(both of them), and it's a ***** during Spring Break too, and Bike Week, and all the other huge events we have in god damnd town...

Oh yea, I was happy Dale Jr. won BTW. 6 years to the day after his dad win his first, and only, Daytona 500.

well in ohio its kind of a cross breed. there are hicks and there are suffistocits (sp). im glad i live in a normall town, were liking nascar measn you fail at least 2 classes.

woo...oh yes, I LOVE to watch cars driven by rednecks and hicks drive in circles. I also LOVE how all the cars are exactly the same. Nascar is a joke. If you want to see something hard, watch F1 racing (America is too stupid to get the concept of variety in cars and having turns on a racetrack)

i go to riddle and it is right next to the track. If i could jump the fence to daytona beach international, i could get to the track even quicker :]

RRfireblade.. did you see any of the planes @ the airport over the weekend? there had to 30 or so learjets parkers on the runway, and last night they all left. that created quite a nice view for all the riddle students when they all left.

ok, my friend got on the tarmac somehow. said there was a guard with a attack dog with him at all times. Air Force 1 is "fuge" . Check out the C-5 in the backround



A C-5 with two pimping F-15s. Also got a short clip of those flying with the stealth at the start of the race.



Notice how the planes are parking on the runway? The runway is shutdown for the race, and allowed for parking of business jets/personal jets. there are 5 or 6 in this shot, but it goes on in both directions.

I am no stranger to planes, but all these pics sure got my attention. And being so close was something I haven't experienced.
