    Drive Thru Please.....

What are some weird things you've been told while in line?
I've gotten some pretty funny ones, but off the top of my head...

"See you Tomorrow" - pretty presumptuous I think, lol.

"Would you like that for here or to go"

This one I got just last night at Wendy's.(There's a bank next door with a clock that is matched with my truck at 14min till 2am.) however -

    "Sorry sir, we're closed."

me - what time do you have? Dont you close at 2?

"We have a special clock in here that tells us when to close"

ALL MUST ANSWER TO THE ALL KNOWING CLOCK!

Not a drive-through story, but... yesterday at the mall I got a huge Cinnabon craving. So I walk up: "One Cinnabon, please!" She mutters something inaudibly, I just ignore it. She looks at me inquisitively for a second, then repeats the same jarble, she's apparently asking me some question. So (stupidly) I say "yes"... she then throws in extra frosting, and charges me 30 cents for it. *sigh* Guess I learned my lesson about dealing with people who can't speak English...

You said "stupid" and "extra frosting" in the same sentence.

I was at a McDonalds early in the morning for an 8 am class in drive through, and I had no car. I was waiting for the bus btw. So I WALKED through. I placed my order and why I got the the window, the guy asked 'Where's your car?'.

I got my order, just was funny at the time.

I think its illegal in PA or just in my area. I guess its hard to enforce but a few times i have done it when bored and they either dont care, say they will call the cops, or really do call the cops.

Maybe if there was a problem with robberies I could understand a law about it.

I had been at a soccer tournament in the hardest rain that I've ever expierienced. I mean....like when it's raining really hard and you're on the interstate.....that's what it felt like standing outside that day. So I had played a couple games already, sopping wet, and I was starving. So I felt like getting a real breakfast because all I had that morning was juice and an energy gel thingy. We pull up at McDonalds, and the woman in front of us ordered some breakfast meal. We pull up and he says that they have stopped serving breakfast. We're like, "Have you been running around in the rain all morning? Give us some food."

He says that we can be arrested for resisting his order. Where the hell did that come from? So we go inside, talk to his manager, get our breakfast that we missed by 5 seconds, and he gets fired. Oddly enough, I was never arrested.

Another cool drive through story I have is how me and some friends went up to Shakey's frozen custard place, and jumped on that little pressure cord that rings the bell inside the place. Then we would go press up against the wall under the drive through window, and listen to them peril over the ringing bell of doom, as they called it later that night. Dumb highschoolers couldn't figure it out.

Two of my friends actually attempted that skit in a Wendy's. It was hilarious.
