    Apocalyptic movies from the 1960s

I'm doing a term paper about how films impacted the fear of nuclear armagdeon in the 1960s. I need three films that were released during the 60s on this subject. I only have two as of now: Dr. Strangelove and Planet of the Apes. Can anyone help me find a third film?

I think The Day After would be a good one to use, even though it doesn't take place during the time period you mentioned.

Alot of the classic Zombie movies deal with this. You could also cite several James Bond movies as most of the early ones delt with the bad guy getting a nuke(playing on the fear).

look for the atomic cafe on amazon. they might have it at blockbuster too. it has lots of old clips of psa's from back then. its funny to think that people actually thought they would survive the bomb if they would just "duck and cover". hehe

                here it is

Unfortunately the film has to be released during the 1960s, so I cannot usethe Day After. Can anyone tell me which of the Bond films specifically deal with nuclear bombs? I'll also try to use Zygote's chart, as it seems like a good resource. Thanks for the help and any more is appreciated.

Fail-Safe is one of my favorite cold war films of the 60's. (next to Dr. Strangelove, of course)

I was going to suggest Damnation Alley, but I checked IMDB, and it dates from 1977.

Maybe you should do a search through google, or IMDB.
