well.. the back keeps goin in and out... right now the disk is pushin on the nerve in my back and my left knee aches and my right ankle is... well..... if i had an ax i would probly be cuttin it off soon....
at least i am off from work untill jan 2nd now...and i see my dr 2morrow for another shot in my back....
