My dad JUST came down and offered a suggestion for dinner, we have some leftover manicotti. I told him sure, that sounds good. His response? "Okay, well, when you come up, you can nuke it for 2 or 3 minutes yourself."

Man. You guys live like kings. I have this stash of candy that I took from my sisters 4h fundraiser. I have like 2 cases of candy bars. I eat that a lot. I remember on halloween, one of the little kids almost crapped his pants when I told him not to take to much candy because I was gonna eat it for breakfast tomorrow. He said 'You can eat candy for breakfast!?!'. I said 'yup'. I think I was his new role model. Then about 5 minutes later, I realized how sad it was to eat candy for breakfast. Now I eat pretty much anything that's free. I never used to, but now I get wicked ticked off when I see people wasting food. I save everything. I'll save pizza crusts. My house is so poor...
