Seem her Defense council gambled and lost by not calling any witnesses hoping the Prosecutions case was too weak to convict. Gambled and lost as the jury had nothing to work with in her defense. But you can bet the gloves will be off in the appeal!

I don't think it was a gamble. If you have good witnesses you always present them. They are top lawyers and would not pull such a dumb a$$ move. It also cripples them on appeal because they are confined by the testimony given at trial. There is actually very little room to manuveur on this type of appeal - she has about a 99.99% of going to jail.Fly A4
